No. Bekah runs on any Android smartphone (8.0+, 2GB RAM). You already own the hardware. An optional Bluetooth Sound Box confirms payments with an audio alert — modeled on the widely-used WeChat Pay device. Kitchen printer support is available via standard ESC/POS over WiFi or BLE.
Phase 1 (launch): BCEL OnePay, Lao QR / LAPNet (42-bank standard), PromptPay (Thai cross-border), Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay.

Phase 2: WeChat Pay and Alipay+. Bekah does not issue its own payment product — we orchestrate all methods so customers pay however they prefer, and settlement reaches your bank account automatically on T+1.
Your store keeps running. The Light POS operates offline-first — it maintains a local cache and supports a full 4-hour outage window without losing any orders or data. When connectivity is restored, everything syncs automatically. No transaction is ever lost due to a network interruption.
